- Remember to have your principal sign your outlook form.

Outlook - from school

Read and create emails

To: box (global address book, searching for someone by building, listed by first name)

Add an attachment to an email

Sorting emails by field – by name – subject - date

Inbox organizational folders

- Public folders – Forms  
- Email deleted after 30 days; Calendar deleted after 1 year
- Personal folders – save your emails you want to keep on your machine. Have STS
            
  in your building help you.

Burning CDs – Can be done on instructional machines

Logoff the computer  

Control-Alt-Delete, then Enter to Lock computer when away for hall duty or bathroom; log off when you leave the building; shut down at the end of the day.
